• Does not alter the appearance.
• Provides effective protection against aggressive atmospheric agents that penetrate building materials.
• Improves the self-cleaning ability of surfaces and reduces the adhesion of moss and vegetation.
• Does not form a film and therefore does not significantly affect the vapour permeability of the substrate.
• Offers excellent resistance to alkalis found in cement-based materials and to UV rays, maintaining its water-repellent performance over time.

Consumption varies depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Indicatively:

• Concrete: 0.15–0.50 kg/m² per coat
• Cement-based renders: 0.25–0.80 kg/m² per coat
• Exposed bricks: 0.30–1.00 kg/m² per coat
• Natural stone: 0.10–0.80 kg/m² per coat
