Durofloor 11

The Durofloor 11 is a two-component, colored epoxy floor coating that offers high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance. It shows high resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, petroleum products, waste, water, seawater, as well as to a wide range of solvents. It withstands temperatures from -30°C to +100°C under dry load and up to +60°C under wet load. With the addition of quartz sand with a grain size of 0.1–0.4 mm (or M32), it can be used as a cast self-leveling coating on cement-based floors.

Used as an epoxy paint on cement-based or metal substrates in industrial areas, workshops, warehouses, department stores, hotels, garages, gas stations, car service centers, high-traffic areas, laboratories, hospitals, slaughterhouses, wineries, canneries, etc.

As self-leveling coating: 0.85 kg/m² per mm; with quartz sand: 0.85 kg/m² per mm.

As brush-applied paint: 250–300 g/m² per coat.

RAL 7032 (sand grey), RAL 7035 (light grey), RAL 7040 (grey).

Other RAL shades available on request (minimum quantity 60 kg).
