Fiberglass Mesh Vertex

Vertex Fiberglass Meshes are embedded in renders (plasters) to provide tensile strength, preventing cracks caused by substrate movement, especially at junctions where two different types of substrate meet. They also protect against external factors, mainly temperature fluctuations. In addition to tensile strength, fiberglass meshes provide impact resistance, which is particularly important in external thermal insulation systems (ETICS / thermal façade systems).
The fiberglass meshes are made of glass fibers, which are then impregnated with various polymers to become alkali-resistant. They are soft and flexible, allowing easy installation, especially around corners and over complex shapes.
