Hot Wire Foam Cutter – Polystyrene Cutter

The Hot Wire Foam Cutter is a hot wire cutting machine, ideal for precise angular, bevel, and complex cuts on expanded (EPS) and extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards. Cutting is performed using a heated wire (chromium–nickel alloy), ensuring a clean finish without chipping or material loss.
It features guides and calibrated scales for accurate angle setting, a foot pedal for convenient operational control, and a stable wheeled base for easy movement on the construction site.

With a maximum cutting height of 137 cm, a cutting thickness of 33 cm, and a power output of 160 W (230 V / 50 Hz), it is a reliable professional solution for external thermal insulation (ETICS) applications.
