Isomat Thermosystem Classic

ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM CLASSIC is a reliable and economical solution for external thermal insulation. The system is vapor-permeable, allowing the structure to breathe. At the same time, it offers an excellent solution for the renovation of old buildings, which acquire an aesthetically pleasing new appearance thanks to the colored pasty renders MARMOCRYL and MARMOCRYL FR. These can be easily tinted at the points of sale in a wide range of shades from the ISOMAT COLOR SYSTEM color chart.

ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM CLASSIC is a multi-layer, adhesive-applied system consisting of:

• Thermal insulation boards made of expanded polystyrene (EPS – minimum thickness 50 mm), CE-marked in accordance with EN 13163.
• Fiber-reinforced, cement-based adhesive mortar enhanced with polymer additives (resins), ISOMAT AK-T35.
• Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM, weighing 161 g/m², 100 cm wide, with 5.0 x 5.0 mm square openings.
• Mechanical fixing anchors for securing the thermal insulation boards.
• Acrylic water-based primer of high quality, FLEX-PRIMER, or silicone-modified acrylic water-based primer, white or colored, ML-PRIMER.
• Final decorative coating: ready-to-use acrylic-based render MARMOCRYL or MARMOCRYL FR — Fine type for a smooth finish and Decor type for a rough decorative texture.
• Rigid corner beads and drip-edge corner beads (PVC with fiberglass mesh on both sides) for reinforcing external corners.

In addition to the materials mentioned above, supplementary components are also included, which are necessary for the complete and proper execution of the installation.
