Isomat Thermosystem Wool

The ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM WOOL constitutes the ideal solution for constructions with high fire-safety requirements, since mineral wool is a practically non-combustible material, and the pasty renders of the MARMOCRYL SILICONE-SILICATE and MARMOCRYL FR systems exhibit excellent fire resistance (class A2-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1).

The system is also highly vapor-permeable, provides very good sound insulation properties, and at the same time represents an excellent solution for the renovation of old buildings. The high-quality, colored, ready-to-use pasty renders MARMOCRYL SILICONE-SILICATE and MARMOCRYL FR replace the final layer of plaster and paint, while thanks to their high elasticity they retain their color and texture unaltered, without the risk of efflorescence or cracking.

The ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM WOOL is an adhesive multi-layer thermal insulation system consisting of:

• Thermal insulation boards made of mineral wool (MW) (minimum thickness 50 mm), CE marked according to standard EN 13162.
• Fiber-reinforced, cement-based adhesive enhanced with polymer components (resins), ISOMAT AK-T35.
• ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM RF anti-alkaline reinforcing fiberglass mesh, weighing 161 g/m², 100 cm wide, with 3.5 x 4.0 mm mesh opening. Specially shaped anti-alkaline mesh for reinforcement of opening corners, with 3.5 x 4.0 mm mesh opening.
• Cement-based adhesive enhanced with polymer components (resins), ISOMAT AK-T65.
• High-quality water-based acrylic primer FLEX-PRIMER, or silicone acrylic water-based primer, white or colored, ML-PRIMER.
• Final coating of ready-to-use acrylic-based render MARMOCRYL FR (in cases where high fire resistance is required), or potassium silicate and silicone-based render MARMOCRYL SILICONE-SILICATE.
• Fixed corner beads and drip-edge corner beads (PVC with fiberglass mesh on both sides) for reinforcing external corners.

In addition to the materials mentioned above, complementary materials necessary for the complete and proper execution of the work are also included.
