Kelyfos Wall System

Kelyfos Wall System is an external thermal insulation and building renovation system for masonry and pilotis areas, applicable to both existing and newly constructed buildings.
Kelyfos is the only external thermal insulation system in Greece that uses the new-generation grey Ravatherm XPS X Energy boards, ensuring high moisture resistance and superior long-term performance with an exceptionally low thermal conductivity of λ = 0.029 W/mK. Kelyfos is a certified system by EOTA (European Organisation for Technical Assessment) with certification number ETA-06/0252, exceeding the ETAG 004 specification requirements by up to 12 times.

Kelyfos Wall is a multi-layer, adhesive-applied system consisting of:

• Fiber-reinforced, resin-based cementitious adhesive Kelyfos Bond.
• Thermal insulation boards made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) Xenergy IB-SL.
• Fixing anchors for securing the insulation boards, Thermoz.
• Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh Kelyfos 160 g/m².
• Resin-based cementitious plasters Kelyfos Finish-C, acrylic ready-to-use pasty plasters Kelyfos Finish-A, and silicone ready-to-use pasty plasters Kelyfos Finish-S, available in various colors and in two versions — for a smooth final surface or a rough decorative finish.

Additionally, the Kelyfos Wall system includes a wide range of special accessories, such as insulation board support profiles, support profile screws, special extruded polystyrene components for structural openings, corner beads, drip edges, and more.
