Kerastile G2

Kerastile G2 is a high-performance, cement-based adhesive for ceramic tiles and natural stone, featuring no vertical slip and an extended open time, allowing application in layers up to 15 mm thick. It consists of cement, fine graded aggregates, synthetic resins, and special additives. It is suitable for bonding all types of tiles and mosaics on floors, walls, and ceilings, both indoors and outdoors. It is especially recommended for porcelain stoneware (gres porcellanato) and natural stone, provided they are not moisture-sensitive.
It is classified as C2-TE according to EN 12004.

Interior and exterior bonding of ceramic tiles and mosaics of all types on floors, walls and ceilings. Also, suitable for spot bonding of insulating materials, such as expanded polystyrene, rock and glass wool, Eraclit (woodcement panels), sound-deadening panels, etc

Kerastile G2 is a white powder composed of cement, fine graded aggregates, synthetic resins and special admixtures, according to a formula developed in the MAPEI Research and Development Laboratories.
When mixed with water is obtained a mortar with the following properties:
· easily workable;
· highly thixotropic; Kerastile G2 can be applied on a vertical surface without sagging or slipping, even when heavy tiles are used;
· perfect adherence to all materials normally used in construction;
· hardens without significant shrinkage;
· extended open time
