Mapelastic Smart

Mapelastic Smart is a two-component cementitious waterproofing product with high elasticity (crack-bridging > 2 mm), applied with a trowel or roller. It is impermeable to aggressive atmospheric chemical agents and has high resistance to UV rays.
Thanks to its high content of synthetic resins and their exceptional quality, Mapelastic Smart remains elastic after curing under all climatic conditions.

Waterproofing of surfaces exposed to weather conditions, such as roofs and terraces, before applying tile coverings.
Waterproofing and protection of hydraulic structures such as tanks, swimming pools, concrete pipes, bridges, and channels.
Protection of concrete columns and beams, and road or railway bridge structures from carbon dioxide penetration.
Protection of concrete surfaces that may come into contact with seawater and de-icing salts.

Excellent performance: with just one 2 mm-thick coat, it can bridge cracks up to 2 mm wide. UV-resistant.
Easy application even on vertical surfaces.
Excellent adhesion to almost all substrates, such as concrete, cementitious mortars, stone, ceramics, bricks, and wood.
High resistance to de-icing salts and carbon dioxide.

Application with brush or roller: approximately 1.6 kg/m² for a 1 mm layer.
Application by spray using a mortar pump: approximately 2.2 kg/m² for a 1 mm layer.
