Penetron Admix

Penetron Admix is a crystalline waterproofing admixture added to concrete during the batching process.
Its active chemicals react catalytically with the water in fresh concrete and with the by-products of cement hydration, producing an insoluble crystalline formation within the pores and capillaries of the concrete. As a result, from the very moment of casting, the concrete becomes permanently waterproof against the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction, while simultaneously being protected from potential deterioration caused by harsh environmental conditions.

Resists high hydrostatic pressures exerted from either the positive or negative side of the concrete slab.
Becomes an integral part of the concrete.
Exhibits high chemical resistance against aggressive chemicals.
Capable of sealing static hairline cracks up to 0.4 mm.
Allows the concrete to breathe.
Non-toxic [Approved for use in potable water applications (NSF 61)] and provides permanent waterproofing action.
Added to the concrete during mixing and is therefore not subject to climatic stresses afterward.
Improves the durability of concrete.
PENETRON powder products contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and are safe for use in both outdoor and enclosed indoor areas.
