Planitop Rasa & Ripara Zero

Planitop Rasa & Ripara Zero is a non-shrink, thixotropic, fiber-reinforced, rapid-setting R2-class cementitious mortar for repairing and levelling concrete surfaces. It can be applied in a single layer with a thickness ranging from 3 mm to 40 mm.

Rapid repair of deteriorated concrete elements, beam and column edges, diaphragm walls, cornices, and balcony edges.
Fast levelling of surface irregularities on concrete castings, including exposed aggregates, voids around spacers, joints between new and old concrete, etc., prior to painting.
Repair and smoothing of concrete bands in building constructions, such as floor cornices, projections, and decorative elements.
Repair of precast concrete elements.

Excellent adhesion to existing concrete (1.5 MPa), provided the substrate has been previously saturated with water.
High dimensional stability, resulting in a low risk of cracking and surface defects both in the plastic phase and after hardening.
Thermal compatibility under freeze–thaw cycles, measured as adhesion according to EN 1542.
Low water permeability.
