SikaCeram-240 Rapid

SikaCeram‑240 Rapid is a grey, cement-based, polymer-modified, improved, fast-setting, frost-resistant tile adhesive with reduced slip, designed for bonding ceramic tiles on horizontal and vertical surfaces. It is suitable for small and medium-sized ceramic tiles in residential and commercial areas. Applicable to all types of ceramic tiles on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates, with a layer thickness of <10 mm. Suitable for interior and exterior use. Classified as C2FT according to EN 12004. The product can also be used for spot-bonding insulation boards indoors.

Mosaics and very small tiles: ~2–3 kg/m²

Standard-size tiles: (20×20 cm – 45×45 cm) ~3–4 kg/m²

Large-format tiles: ~4–5 kg/m²

Very large tiles / rough substrate / back-buttering application: ~5–7 kg/m²
