SikaGrout 312 HP

SikaGrout 312 HP is a single-component, self-compacting (SCC technology), cementitious grout for precision filling, anchoring, casting, bedding, repairs, and restoration/increasing the cross-section of concrete elements, in compliance with EN 1504-6 and EN 1504-3 (class R4).
SikaGrout 312 HP is a free-flowing grout for demanding applications, with controlled and very low shrinkage.

For application thicknesses between 10 mm and 50 mm for:

Precision casting between foundations and bases under seismic isolators, heavy equipment, or machinery
Anchoring of various elements such as dowels, rods, anchors, bolts, etc., as well as metal structures
Restoration of concrete element cross-sections (using formwork)
Filling of voids, cracks, cavities, recesses, etc., by simple casting (or injection)
Joints in precast concrete elements
Sealing around penetrations (e.g., pipes)
Fixings

Easy to use, ready to mix with water (and with additional aggregates if required)
Adjustable SCC consistency (Sika® ViscoCrete® Technology) with excellent flow properties
No segregation or bleeding
Remarkably low shrinkage
High bearing area (ASTM C1339)
High mechanical strength and excellent adhesion to concrete and steel
Pumpable and/or castable
