SikaGrout HT System

The SikaGrout HT System is a castable cementitious system, available in two types:

• SikaGrout® HT System-80 for application thicknesses of 15mm–80mm
• SikaGrout® HT System-120 for application thicknesses of 20mm–120mm

Used for:

• Precision castings between foundations and bases under seismic isolators, heavy equipment, or machinery
• Anchoring of various elements such as bolts, rods, anchors, screws, etc., as well as metal structures
• Cross-section restoration of concrete elements (using formwork)
• Filling of voids, cracks, cavities, recesses, etc., by simple casting or injection
• Joint connections in precast concrete elements
• Sealing around penetrations (e.g., pipes)
• Fastenings

• Easy to use (pre-weighed components)
• Shrinkage compensated due to expansion
• High flowability without segregation or bleeding
• Very good adhesion to concrete and steel
• High early and final mechanical strengths
• Pumpable & castable
• Excellent crack resistance behavior
