SikaRep 400 Extra

SikaRep 400 Extra is a ready-to-use, fiber-reinforced, cementitious mortar for typical large-thickness repair works. It complies with the requirements of Class R4 according to EN 1504-3.

Repair and restoration of cross-sections of deteriorated concrete elements on vertical or horizontal surfaces
Filling of voids, pores, and small defects in corners and edges; creation and finishing of joints and overlays
Suitable for repair works
Suitable for structural strengthening
Suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity

For application thicknesses between 5–50 mm for manual application (per layer)
Excellent workability, high thixotropy
Easy to handle and apply
Good adhesion to most common construction materials (concrete, steel)
Good dimensional stability
Suitable for repair works on medium- to high-strength concrete due to similar modulus of elasticity
High compressive, flexural, and tensile strength
Very good final finish
