SikaScreed HardTop-60

SikaScreed HardTop-60 is a single-component, cementitious, fast-hardening, high-strength floor leveling and industrial floor repair mortar. It creates a low-maintenance surface with high mechanical strength, smooth finish, and abrasion resistance. It is suitable as a final surface or as a base layer for subsequent resin floor coatings. It can be applied in thicknesses of 8–80 mm. It is suitable for indoor use, and for outdoor use only when covered.

Suitable for use after ~24 hours
Fast-hardening repair and floor leveling mortar (>35 N/mm² compressive strength after 24 hours)
Easy application and screeding as a monolithic mortar on level floors or sloped surfaces
High mechanical strength and abrasion resistance
Final layer suitable for foot traffic, abrasion-resistant
Suitable for underfloor heating (water or electric systems)
Can be coated with epoxy, polyurethane, or hybrid floor screed systems after 18 hours
Suitable for outdoor use with application of appropriate impregnation/coating products
