Sikafloor 100 Level

Ultraplan Maxi is an ultra-rapid hardening self-levelling smoothing compound, suitable for application thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm. It offers excellent self-levelling properties, an outstanding surface finish, high adhesion to the substrate, and increased compressive, flexural, and abrasion strength, ensuring a durable and perfectly level base.
It is intended exclusively for interior use, for levelling and smoothing irregularities on new or existing substrates, preparing them to receive any type of floor covering with high resistance to loads and traffic. Ceramic tiles can be installed after approximately 3 hours, while flexible or wooden floor coverings can be applied after about 12 hours. It is particularly suitable for areas with wheeled chairs and underfloor heating systems.
