Sikafloor 400 N Elastic+

The Sikafloor 400 N Elastic+ is a pigmented, single-component polyurethane floor resin with high elasticity and low solvent content. It cures with atmospheric moisture and exhibits high resistance to ultraviolet radiation, maintaining excellent color stability.
It forms a watertight, smooth or slip-resistant coating with crack-bridging capability on concrete and cementitious substrates. It is suitable for applications subject to light to medium mechanical loads, such as balconies, terraces, footbridges, and staircases, and is easy to apply by roller or airless spray.
