Sikafloor 81 EpoCem

Sikafloor 81 EpoCem is a cementitious–epoxy, self-levelling, three-component mortar for multiple applications, suitable for layer thicknesses from 1.5 to 3 mm. It combines the advantages of cement-based and epoxy materials, offering excellent early and final mechanical strengths, good chemical resistance, and high resistance to water, oils, frost and de-icing salts.
It is an ideal solution for substrate preparation prior to the application of resin flooring systems, which can be installed after only 24 hours, preventing the formation of blisters caused by osmosis on damp substrates. It has low VOC emissions, does not cause reinforcement corrosion, is impermeable to liquids while remaining vapour-permeable, and exhibits excellent adhesion to both fresh and hardened concrete, making it an ideal substrate for high-performance seamless floor coatings.
