Sikagard 703 W

Sikagard 703 W is a ready-to-use impregnation emulsion based on a silane/siloxane technology blend, offering excellent water-repellent properties. It is applied to create water-repellent facades and to protect buildings against water penetration on substrates such as concrete, cement mortars, fibre-cement, stonework and brickwork.

Strong water-repellent capability.
Allows substrate vapor permeability.
Improves resistance to pollutant accumulation.
Can be overcoated with suitable paints.
Does not alter the appearance of the substrate.
Water-based.

On concrete and mortars: ~150–200 ml/m²

On other porous materials: ~300–500 ml/m²
