Silancolor Tonachino Plus

The Silancolor Tonachino Plus is a fiber-reinforced pure silicone facade plaster in paste form, suitable for demanding interior and exterior applications. It offers high breathability, strong water repellence, and excellent resistance to mold, algae, fungi, and microorganisms.
It is used to create smooth or textured final surfaces on new, old, or already painted walls. It features high filling capacity, excellent adhesion to all types of renders, and enhanced crack resistance. Its silicone composition forms a water-repellent barrier while allowing vapour permeability, keeping the substrate dry.

It is highly resistant to UV radiation, pollution, and aging, creating surfaces with self-cleaning properties. It is available in a wide color range through the ColorMap system and features high fire resistance, classified as A2-s1,d0.

A silica resin-based coating product in paste form, with good filling properties, for a rustic finish on interior and exterior surfaces, available in various grain sizes, recommended for finishing interior and exterior walls where specific environmental conditions favor the growth of algae, mold, and fungi, as well as for achieving
an attractive finish, excellent water repellency, and good breathability of the substrate.

Silancolor Tonachino Plus is specifically designed to protect against algae, mold, and fungi. It can be used to decorate buildings located in areas where the humid climate favors the growth of such microorganisms. A typical example is the painting of north-facing facades, which are particularly susceptible to algae growth, as the building’s walls are colder and more humid. In addition to the properties described above, Silancolor Tonachino Plus is a fiber-reinforced, silica-resin-based coating material, available in various grain sizes, which combines the advantages of mineral coatings (high breathability) with those of synthetic coatings (uniform color, good adhesion to old paint in good condition, and availability in a wide range of colors). Thanks to its special composition, the substrates have good
water vapor permeability and are highly water-repellent. Unlike conventional synthetic coating products, it forms a porous layer instead of a vapor-impermeable membrane, while the special silicone resins contained in the product form an excellent barrier against water penetration, ensuring that the plaster always remains dry.
