ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM PREMIUM is the ideal solution for buildings with façades that demand high durability and long-term resistance. The system allows the building to breathe, as it is highly vapor-permeable. It is also an excellent choice for the renovation of existing structures. Thanks to the colored pasty renders MARMOCRYL, MARMOCRYL SILICONE, MARMOCRYL SILICONE-SILICATE, and MARMOCRYL FR, which replace the final layer of plaster and paint, façades retain their color and texture unaltered for many years, without the risk of efflorescence or cracking.

ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM PREMIUM is a multi-layer, adhesive-applied system consisting of:

• Thermal insulation boards made of expanded polystyrene (EPS – minimum thickness 50 mm), CE-marked in accordance with EN 13163.
• Fiber-reinforced, cement-based adhesive mortar enhanced with polymer additives (resins), ISOMAT AK-T35.
• Alkali-resistant fiberglass reinforcing mesh ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM RF, weighing 161 g/m², 100 cm wide, with 3.5 x 4.0 mm mesh openings.
• Mechanical fixing anchors for securing the insulation boards.
• Fiber-reinforced, cement-based adhesive mortar enhanced with polymer additives (resins), ISOMAT AK-T55.
• High-quality acrylic water-based primer, FLEX-PRIMER, or silicone-modified acrylic water-based primer, white or colored, ML-PRIMER, or an adhesion primer for silicone-based renders.
• Final decorative coating: ready-to-use acrylic-based render MARMOCRYL or MARMOCRYL FR (for applications requiring high fire resistance), or silicone-based render MARMOCRYL SILICONE, or silicate-silicone-based render MARMOCRYL SILICONE-SILICATE. The acrylic-based renders MARMOCRYL and silicone-based renders MARMOCRYL SILICONE are available in various colors and two versions: Fine, for a smooth final surface, and Decor, for a rough decorative finish.
• Rigid corner beads and drip-edge corner beads (PVC with fiberglass mesh on both sides) for reinforcing external corners.

In addition to the materials listed above, supplementary components are also included, which are necessary for the complete and proper execution of the installation.
