Plaster Reinforcement - Fiberglass Meshes & Polypropylene Fibres

Plaster reinforcements are an important element for enhancing and improving the strength of renders. They include fiberglass meshes and polypropylene fibres, which contribute to reducing cracking, improving plaster cohesion, and creating more stable and durable surfaces.
Fiberglass meshes are installed on surfaces with increased requirements, such as joints between different materials, corners, openings, and areas where stresses frequently occur. Thanks to their high alkali resistance and mechanical durability, they ensure uniform stress distribution and reduce the risk of cracks appearing.
Polypropylene fibres are incorporated into the plaster mortar, acting as micro-reinforcement that limits shrinkage and micro-cracking during drying.
