Polished Cement (Microcement)

Polished cement (microcement) is a versatile solution that can be applied to both interior and exterior spaces, creating a unique aesthetic that can be either modern or traditional, depending on your preferences. Its composition makes it ideal for use on floors, walls, showers, kitchen countertops, tables, bathrooms, built-in beds, and almost any other surface you can imagine.
It can be applied to a wide range of substrates, including concrete, tiles, terrazzo, plasterboard (drywall), wood, and more, provided that the surface has been properly prepared. Microcement is available in both one-component and two-component systems, with the latter offering superior flexibility and durability.
Skilled applicators can create an unlimited variety of colours using pigments, although many manufacturers also provide a selection of ready-made shades. A wide range of protective sealers is available to achieve the desired final finish, including matte, satin, or gloss.
